OCR Cambridge F092 Person-centred care mock NEA. The foundation of this assessment is a transcript of an interview with a case study person, and retrospective tasks to produce a permission form and describe how they would have carried out the interview.
Students are given the Task 1 and are guided as to what evidence they need to produce. To streamline this practice NEA, there are some proformas to deter students from taking up too much time on design and should keep them focused on the marking criteria.
This is the same for Task 2, there will need to be feedback from the teacher, on the students outline care plan enabling them to complete all P11, P12, M7 and D5. Students are guided to present their care plan using a PowerPoint and notes.
